Delete your data

Adapt & Triumph — adaptive fitness and nutrition

Adapt & Triumph stores everything you enter on your own device. There are no accounts and no servers holding your information, so in almost every case you can delete your data yourself, immediately, without asking anyone.

How to delete your data

Option 1 — Delete a profile inside the app

  1. Open Adapt & Triumph.
  2. Open the menu and go to Profiles.
  3. Choose the profile you want to remove and tap Delete.

This permanently removes that profile and everything in it — workouts, nutrition logs, weight and measurements, health notes, kitchen and shopping list, streaks and challenges.

Option 2 — Uninstall the app

  1. Press and hold the Adapt & Triumph icon on your device.
  2. Choose Uninstall.

Uninstalling removes all app data from your device. This cannot be undone, so export a backup first if you may want your history later (menu → Backup & Restore).

Option 3 — Ask us to delete your purchase record

  1. Email adaptntriumph@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data”.
  2. Tell us the email address or order number associated with your purchase, so we can find the right record.

We will delete the record and confirm by email within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Payment and transaction records Google Play Held by Google under their own terms and retained for legal and tax purposes. We cannot delete these — contact Google Play support.

Data we never collect

For completeness: we do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, or any health or fitness data. None of it is transmitted off your device, so there is nothing of that kind for us to delete. See our privacy policy for the full detail.
