Adapt & Triumph (“the app,” “we,” “us”) is built to respect your privacy. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information.
Everything you enter into Adapt & Triumph stays on your device. We do not have servers, we do not have accounts, and we do not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal data. We cannot see your information.
To work, the app saves the things you create directly on your phone, including:
This information is stored locally using your device’s standard app storage. It is not uploaded to us or to any third party.
The app’s Backup & Restore feature lets you export your data so you can save or move it. Any exported file goes wherever you choose to send it. We are not involved in and have no access to those exports.
The app offers a subscription and a one-time lifetime unlock, purchased through the app store you installed from — Google Play on Android, or the Apple App Store on iOS. Payments are processed entirely by Google or Apple under their own privacy terms. We never receive, see, or store your payment details.
To confirm whether you have an active purchase, we use RevenueCat, a purchase-management service. It processes only the anonymous purchase information needed to unlock the app — never your health, workout, or nutrition data.
Some screens link out to YouTube for exercise and stretch how-to videos, and to your email app if you choose to send us feedback. Opening those hands you over to that service, which has its own privacy policy. We don’t send them anything about you — a video link is just a search, and an email only contains what you can see before you send it.
You can delete everything yourself at any time — delete a profile inside the app, or uninstall it. Both remove all your data from the device immediately, and we never held a copy. To have your purchase record removed, email us and we'll do it within 30 days. Full instructions are on our delete your data page.
The app does not include third-party advertising or tracking SDKs, and does not track you across other apps or websites. There are no adverts in the app.
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Because no data leaves the device, no personal information is collected from any user.
Your data is protected by your device’s own security (passcode, Face ID / Touch ID, and system encryption). Keeping your device and its software up to date is the best way to keep your information safe.
